Fall Term: Intermediate Pottery Class II/III (Fri Eve)
Friday, September 18 @ 6:00 pm – Friday, December 11 @ 9:00 pm
Quality over Quantity will be the focus of this 10 week Pottery Class. Intermediate students are welcome to join us in our pottery department, containing numerous Shimpo wheels, beautiful glazes, on-site firing, and instruction from professional potters. Intermediate level, students will receive instruction to hone their skills, with the goal to throw quality pieces. Students will have short 20-30 min demonstrations on more difficult techniques or vessels. Instructions will be given to ensure all glazing has an optimal outcome.
This course is intended for students that have already taken a pottery course. It is not for beginners. We recommend taking at least 2 term classes before registering for this Intermediate course.
There will be no classes on October 2 and November 6 or December 4. Final class will be December 11th.
