Intuitive Painting Workshop: Mandala

Mandala art originated in ancient India, where its circular and nature-inspired patterns made its way into Hindu and Buddhist artworks, teachings, and cultural expressions. The word “Mandala†itself is Sanskrit, roughly translating into “circleâ€, representing the Infiniteness of the Universe
Explore the meditative beauty of painting Mandalas, with art instructor, Raine Knudsen. A freeing, easeful, and grounding form of art, that is uniquely yours in design
In this workshop, we will be creating Mandala Paintings using an Intuitive approach to artmaking, mixed with a step-by step process. We will learn some fun and freeing acrylic painting techniques along the way. Each painting will turn out unique, using our inner intuitive nudges, and meditative flow to create a meaningful personalized Mandala painting. Students will be supported by a step-by-step approach, with lots of room for Intuitive and Creative Freedom to shape your painting.
Painting size will be 12″ x 12″, all supplies included in workshop.
