Woodburning Workshop: Sunflower Still Life
October 26, 2025 @ 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
The class will focus on learning the basics of using a wood burning tool, including how to prepare a surface for burning, transfer patterns, safety, and techniques for using the various tips. However, students will also learn more intermediate techniques, including adding texture, highlights, and shading. We’ll also look at how to add colour to complement the woodburning using coloured pencils. A variety of patterns will be provided for all skill levels or feel free to bring your own 8 by 10 inch image.
